Full Circle Sound, owned and operated by Billy and Patty Phelps, offers Full Circle rhythm tracks, PA equipment and installation for churches, various steel guitar and musical instrument accessories, and recording services.

Billy Phelps founded Full Circle Sound and was the first to offer practice rhythm tracks on CD and Sony Mini-Disc for pedal steel guitarists.

Billy also offers his services and expertise for recording sessions, live gigs, and private lessons.

Billy has performed with artists such as Ray Price and Canadian artist Brian Sklar. He performs at many of the steel guitar shows throughout the USA and Europe. He has also played the main stage at the world's largest steel guitar show, the International Steel Guitar Convention in St. Louis, Missouri. Billy was named Texas Steel Guitar Player of the Year in 2000.
